This Consulting Subscription, provides guidance, advice and strategic development of the needs requested by the client, needs captured through the Form found on the website and / or interview through contact with one of the Consultants of Balbino Assessoria Empresarial.

The Contracted Plan will be based on the subscription model, that is, the client pays the same amount each month for the Consultancy mentioned in accordance with the plan corresponding to the number of hours chosen.

The Customer has 7 days for cancellation due to dissatisfaction or withdrawal of the product, if he does so he will have his money refunded and his access canceled.

The subscription is not a loyalty plan, that is, if the customer chooses to discontinue the subscription, just make the request through the website and automatically the next charges will be suspended, in the same way at any time the customer can reactivate his subscription and continue the service where it left off, for reasons of market innovation, if the company has had a subscription interruption time for more than 6 (six) months, a new initial evaluation will be carried out.

During the subscription there may be a need to have a follow-up on a project that requires a greater number of hours than the contracted one, in this case the client can hire an Upgrade of hours for that period, that is, his subscription remains with the same plan but for that period a surplus hours package will be added.

However, if the customer observes the continued need for excess hours, he can choose to sign a new plan with a greater number of hours, without any membership fee.

Importantly, the hours are not cumulative, when hiring a number of monthly hours, either through the plan or additional hours the customer will have to use them within the month of the contract.

Balbino Consultoria Empresarial will also provide Bonuses to its clients, which may vary between online courses, materials or Business Assessments.

During the Consultation you may have the need for technical implementations, which will be carried out by the Client's own team or by a third party hired by him. For some execution services, Balbino may also offer additional specific and operational packages, offering this comfort to the client. to carry out the consultancy and the outsourcing of operation of some activities of your company to the same supplier.

Attendance: After hiring the Service, the customer will receive an e-mail of Welcome, which will contain all the information for accessing their Bonus material, together with scheduling their hours with the consultant, the customer will be able to schedule their hours weekly or monthly. , according to the days and times available, the distribution of hours during the month is at the discretion of the Client, and can be all in the same day, week or distributed during the month.

In case of unforeseen circumstances, the Client may reschedule his / her time without loss with 4 hours advance notice.

The Client will have a unique evolutionary record within the Company, so the Client will be able to be served by different Consultants, thus improving the quality of service in directing the appropriate Specialist for each stage of the Consultancy.

The calls will be made online, through video or audio calls, whichever is more feasible for the customer, there is also the possibility of face-to-face service, in this case the customer will bear an additional cost to be agreed between the parties in advance.

At the end of each Consultation meeting, the Client will receive a brief report in his e-mail to establish the topic discussed.

All data captured on the website, as well as information during the Consultancy Service, will be for exclusive and confidential use by Balbino Assessoria Empresarial. We do not work with data or information sharing partners except the payment method which collected exclusive data for the transaction.
